Introducing MeetFlhow: meetings that write their own summary

Most teams spend hours every week in meetings, and even more time afterward trying to remember what was actually decided. Someone volunteers to take notes, the notes go stale in a doc nobody reopens, and action items quietly disappear.

We built MeetFlhow to close that gap automatically.

What MeetFlhow does

Record a meeting — from your browser, a Chrome extension on a live call, an uploaded file, or the mobile app — and MeetFlhow takes it from there:

  • Transcribes it, with automatic speaker identification.
  • Summarizes it, pulling out decisions, open questions, and action items with owners.
  • Scores it, with a Meeting Coach that tracks engagement, clarity, and balance over time.
  • Shares it, straight into Slack, Notion, Jira, or Linear.

No one has to remember to write anything down.

Why now

We're opening MeetFlhow up for anyone to try, free, with 5 recordings a month per workspace and full access to every feature. If your team is tired of meetings that evaporate the moment everyone hangs up, give it a try.

We'll be using this blog to share product updates, playbooks on running better meetings, and lessons learned building MeetFlhow. More soon.
