Notion integration

Save meeting notes to Notion

Send any processed meeting to a Notion database of your choice and get a clean page instead of a document to write up.

What lands in Notion

A page per meeting
A new page in the database you choose, titled with the meeting's name.
Summary and key decisions
The summary as text, and the decisions as a bulleted list.
Action items as to-dos
Each task becomes an unchecked to-do with its owner and due date when there is one.
A transcript excerpt
The start of the transcript in a collapsed toggle, so the page stays easy to scan.
Your database properties, filled in
If your database has a Date (date), Platform (select), Duration (number, in minutes) or Status (select) property, MeetFlhow fills it in.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect Notion

Authorise MeetFlhow and share the database you want to use.

  2. 2

    Choose a database

Pick where meeting pages should be created.

  3. 3

    Push a meeting

Send a processed meeting to Notion from its page in MeetFlhow.

Good to know

  • You send meetings to Notion yourself, one at a time, from the meeting's page.
  • The page includes an excerpt of the transcript (the first 2,000 characters), not the full text. The full transcript stays in MeetFlhow.

Questions

Does it sync automatically?+

Not today. You push a meeting to Notion from its page when you want it there.

Does the whole transcript go to Notion?+

No. The page carries a collapsed excerpt, the first 2,000 characters. The full transcript stays in MeetFlhow.

Which properties does it fill in?+

The page title, plus Date, Platform, Duration and Status when your database has properties with exactly those names and the matching types: Date as a date, Platform and Status as select, Duration as a number of minutes. Other properties are left alone.
